- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I came to Gulf Winds from another credit union. Of which I was a member for years. After closing my account, I immediately came to Gulf Winds, it was 5 minutes to 5. The woman who set up my checking and savings was tired and ready to go home. But not one time did she get upset with us, she quickly set up our account, started going over all the things offered, and I said stop, go home thank you so much, I am sorry I made you stay over. She was very polite , I told her if I had any problems or questions I would come back. So far I am liking you guys. Can't wait to get my debit card and checks. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been dealing with Gulf Winds for several years now. Their services are great as far as online banking and diligence on my accounts. However, the Milton branch, which I deal with almost exclusively, has the worst wait time of any bank I have ever dealt with! There are usually 2 tellers to handle the entire lobby and both drive thru lanes. Where a simple deposit turns into a 30 minute ordeal. This has got to change! I have lashed out at the tellers on several occasions because of the inconvenience, but it is not their fault. These ladies are overworked because their bank is understaffed. I do not want to leave because I have 5 accounts not including my mother's 3 accounts that I manage. If GWFCU reads this, please make some changes and add some tellers!!!By Chris Johnson, February 21, 2017
