- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What a joke this place is. We got our taxes done there and my state is YET TO BE FILED. (I worked in two different states) so basically my federal was filed and then I had state taxes to file. STILL WAITING. It's been almost a month later. I'll be calling corporate and making a formal complaint. DO NOT GO HERE. They promise to call you the same day, and a week will go by with ZERO phone calls. So unprofessional. We paid over $300 to file with them and HAVE YET to receive our full refund. They got paid though!By Nikkitta Elise, October 31, 2016
